Summary:
We are seeking an elite Digital Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you aren't just a salesperson-you are a consultative digital marketing growth partner. You will blend analytical thinking with active listening to architect custom campaigns for local and regional businesses.

What you will do:
  • Grow an Established Portfolio: Inherit, nurture, and scale a warm book of business
  • Consult & Architect: Conduct deep-dive needs assessments to understand client goals and design custom full-funnel digital solutions
  • Deploy an Elite Tech Suite: Pitch and sell an advanced suite of solutions, including Programmatic RTB, PPC/Search, Social Media, Display, Connected TV/Video, Email, and Sponsored Content
  • Collaborate for Success: Partner with our world-class Ad Ops and strategy teams to ensure flawless campaign execution, optimization, and client retention
  • Drive Local Commerce: Actively prospect and build a robust pipeline of new business opportunities in the thriving Denver metro market

Benefits and Compensation:
The hourly wage is $28.85 + cell phone stipend, mileage reimbursement, and commission (on-target earning potential is $110,000). Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to geographic location, education, work experience, time in role, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, the Company offers eligible employees a variety of benefits including medical, dental, life and disability insurance, 401k, as well as paid time off and select paid holidays (all benefits are based on eligibility).
