We help local marketers, media companies, agencies, and channel sales organizations leverage our proprietary advertising software platform, Ui.Marketing.
Summary of Role
As a PPC Specialist at AdCellerant, you will be the strategic engine behind high-impact search and mobile campaigns for a diverse portfolio of SMB advertisers. Responsibilities
  • Build, launch, manage, and optimize paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
  • Develop keyword strategies, ad copy, audience recommendations, and campaign structures based on advertiser goals, budget, location targeting, and business needs
  • Review campaign setup, tracking, budgets, targeting, creative, and landing pages to ensure campaigns are accurate before launch
  • Monitor campaign pacing, spend, performance trends, and delivery issues to help ensure campaigns are managed efficiently and within expected pacing ranges
  • Make campaign and keyword optimization updates based on performance data, SEM best practices, and direction from SEM leadership
  • Analyze campaign performance and recommend changes to improve traffic quality, lead volume, conversion performance, cost efficiency, or advertiser goal achievement
  • Create and review campaign reports, performance summaries, and optimization updates for internal teams and partner-facing communication
  • Complete keyword research, competitive research, search term analysis, and other account reviews to support campaign strategy and performance improvements
  • Work within internal systems, dashboards, and workflows to manage campaign tasks, documentation, pacing checks, and account updates
  • Support campaign QA, troubleshooting, billing alignment, account access needs, tracking issues, and other operational items related to paid search management
  • Collaborate with SEM Managers, Account Management, Sales, Analytics, and other internal teams to support successful campaign execution and partner satisfaction
  • Stay current on paid search platform updates, automation tools, product changes, and best practices that impact campaign performance
  • Support testing and rollout of new paid search products, workflows, campaign types, and internal process improvements as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Strong understanding of paid search campaign structure, keyword research, ad copy, bidding strategies, budgets, pacing, and performance optimization
  • Experience reviewing campaign performance and making data-driven recommendations to improve results
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including the ability to review, organize, and analyze campaign performance data
  • Basic knowledge of website structure, landing pages, tracking, HTML, and CSS preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
