Job description

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and well-rounded Marketing Generalist to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can manage multiple projects simultaneously, and knows how to connect marketing activity to real business outcomes. You will work directly with and report to the Director of Marketing & Creative, with close collaboration across the sales and business development teams. This is a high-visibility role with direct access to senior leadership. You will have real ownership over campaigns and initiatives, not just task execution. The right person will grow with the team and have the opportunity to shape how the marketing function develops.

Key Responsibilities

Set up and manage PPC campaigns across relevant platforms, monitoring budgets, performance, and making ongoing optimizations.

Develop and write marketing content including blog posts, campaign copy, social content, sales enablement materials, and supporting collateral.

Build and manage campaign strategies from concept through execution, coordinating timelines, assets, and stakeholders.

Support the sales team and BDR team with marketing materials, campaign follow-up, lead nurturing content, and alignment on outreach strategy.

Collaborate with the BDR and IT teams to integrate CRM marketing needs, including lead flow, data hygiene, campaign tracking, and ensuring marketing and sales systems are properly connected and utilized.

Track and report on marketing KPIs, presenting insights and recommendations to leadership on a regular cadence.

Qualifications

2–4 years of marketing experience, with B2B experience strongly preferred.

Working knowledge of PPC platforms such as Google Ads.

Strong writing skills — you can produce clean, clear, on-brand copy without heavy editing.

Solid project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines without being micromanaged.

Experience coordinating with external vendors, agencies, or media partners.

Experience working cross-functionally with sales, business development, or IT teams.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience working with CRM platforms (Dynamix, Sugar CRM)

Nice to Have

Familiarity with marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows.

Basic understanding of SEO and how content supports organic performance.

Experience supporting or collaborating with a sales or BDR function.

Hands-on experience with email marketing platforms.
