Join LEGO Manufacturing Virginia as a temporary Senior General HR Consultant, a key member of our People, places & culture (PPC) team. You'll provide broad HR support—spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes—while partnering closely with business leaders to shape a growing site.

This is a temporary position with an approximate length of 2 years, based on business needs.

Screen and assess candidates against role requirements and organizational needs. Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, offer processes, and pre‑employment activities. Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring positions. Support recruiting events, employer branding initiatives, and community outreach activities. Track recruiting metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.

  • Employee Lifecycle & Onboarding – Coordinate onboarding and new employee integration activities. Support employee lifecycle processes including transfers, promotions, internal mobility, and offboarding activities. Ensure employee information is accurately maintained within HR systems. Support employee communications and people process administration. Assist managers and employees with navigating HR processes and resources. Partner with PPC colleagues to ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employee lifecycle.

  • PPC Programs & HR Operations – Support implementation of PPC programs, initiatives, and annual people processes. Assist with employee engagement, recognition, and culture‑building activities. Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to HR processes and employee experience. Maintain HR documentation, process guides, and reporting tools. Generate reports and maintain people‑related data to support business needs. Assist with audits, reporting requirements, and process governance activities.

  • Stakeholder Support & Collaboration – Serve as a key coordination point between business teams and PPC functions. Connect managers and employees with appropriate PPC resources and subject matter experts. Support cross‑functional projects and site initiatives. Deliver responsive, high‑quality customer service to internal stakeholders. Assist with implementation of organizational and people‑related projects as assigned.
