Job description

Singleton Schreiber, LLP is seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant to join our internal marketing department. Reporting directly to the Digital Marketing Analytics Coordinator, this role provides operational, administrative, and campaign execution support across local search, paid search, landing page maintenance, website content publishing, and routine lead auditing.

The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter who excels at project execution, maintains high standards for data accuracy, and is eager to support a dynamic, multi-office legal marketing environment.

This will be a hybrid position located in our San Diego office.

SALARY: $28.00-$34.00 per hour

Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as location, skills, experience, and qualification for the role.

JOB DUTIES:
  • Local Services Ads (LSA) Compliance & Verification: Manage Local Services Ads compliance and onboarding workflows across regional office markets, including collecting state bar licenses, tracking background check clearances, submitting liability insurance updates, and monitoring profile approval statuses.
  • Local SEO & Profile Maintenance: Maintain Google Business Profiles across all office locations by scheduling posts, uploading media, updating structured local Q&A content, monitoring reviews, and auditing local directory citations.
  • PPC & Paid Search Support: Assist with routine campaign maintenance across paid search platforms under coordinator guidance, including reviewing campaign pacing alerts, logging invalid click activity, tracking monthly refund claims, and checking negative keyword lists.
     
  • Landing Page & Conversion Testing: Assist with building and updating regional campaign landing pages, including updating page copy and imagery, testing form submit functionality, verifying phone number routing, and checking mobile responsiveness.
     
  • Lead Data Auditing & QA: Perform routine data hygiene across lead acquisition channels, including reviewing phone call categorizations, auditing web form submissions, checking tracking parameters, and maintaining consistent firm details across online listings.
     
  • Cross-Functional & General Marketing Support: Assist the broader marketing team with routine website content updates, attorney biography edits, posting firm news or media mentions, maintaining marketing asset documentation, and completing administrative tasks as assigned.
     
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
     
  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, local listing management, PPC campaign support, or marketing administrative roles.
     
  • Familiarity with the Google Marketing Platform (Google Business Profiles, Google Ads, GA4, Google Search Console), local SEO platforms, and call tracking software.
     
  • Experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS) for web page editing and publishing.
     
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
     
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple routine tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
     
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high attention to detail.
