Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Active Directory Subject Matter Expert to manage, support, and enhance enterprise identity services across on-premises and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, IAM, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and PowerShell automation within large enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and support Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, and hybrid identity environments
  • Manage users, groups, organizational units, Group Policies (GPOs), DNS, DHCP, and domain controllers
  • Troubleshoot complex authentication, access, and directory service issues
  • Implement and maintain identity security, compliance, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access policies
  • Support AD migrations, upgrades, Azure AD Connect, and cloud integration initiatives
  • Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell and improve operational processes
  • Monitor AD health, performance, replication, and overall service availability
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to ensure seamless identity management
