The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What Is the Opportunity?
Identity and Access Management (IAM) team within Travelers Cybersecurity organization is seeking IAM Operations Engineer to join the IAM Operations support team.
Responsible for reviewing servers and applications performance metrics to identify bottlenecks, address issues and enhance efficiency. Works across organization with diverse engineering teams and lines of business to quickly troubleshoot, identify and resolve business impacting incidents. Remains organized, focused and cool-headed while working under immense pressure. Participates in 24/7 critical applications support occasionally working after hours and weekends to implement changes or troubleshoot and resolve issues. Possesses great communication skills (written and oral) handling sometimes difficult conversations with customers. Ability to multi-task in an environment of changing priorities
This position requires a technical, self-driven, self-learning, people-oriented individual that will thrive under quickly changing challenging situations.

Under general supervision, demonstrates a general understanding of the activities performed related to Identity and Access Management support. Plans at an operational level designing and developing technology solutions interfacing with appropriate customers, management, and technical resources. Facilities and/or participates in the design, development, and implementation of technology solutions supporting one or more business and/or technology area. Ability to multi-task in an environment of changing priorities. This job does not manage others.

Primary Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide production support to various Web Access Management services supported by IAM, including, SiteMinder, Access Gateway, Okta, Profile Abstraction data provisioning, SSO certificates renewal.
  • Provide production support for Identity Management services supported by IAM including Sailpoint IIQ, SailPoint nightly batch processes checkout, MFA.
  • Setup and support Autosys batch jobs.
  • Coordinate with different teams to close open issues by doing continuous follow ups.
  • Provide support for all Identity & Access Management services by setting up changes, resolving incidents, investigating problem and complete service requests.
  • Coordinate and communicate LOB impacting changes at cross LOB meetings.
  • Implement changes during application change windows adhering to ECRM guidelines.
What Will Our Ideal Candidate Have?
  • Job Specific Technical Skills & Competencies
  • Working experience of Identity & Access Management skills like Okta SSO and SailPoint ISC
  • Working experience of server administration and usage of remote admin tools
  • Good knowledge of Unix and Windows Operating systems SQL
  • Good knowledge of LDAP server installation, configuration and directory support
  • Good knowledge of SQL commands
  • Good knowledge of F5(Load balancer), DNS, DHCP, & IP configuration
  • Good knowledge of servers service monitoring
  • Working experience of Active Directory/AD LDS, Azure
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience with AI
  • Good to have scripting knowledge like Perl/Shell/Powershell or any other scripting knowledge

What is a Must Have?
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, similar degree, or its equivalent in work experience.
