Key Responsibilities and Duties
• Develops and maintains automation scripts and workflows using PowerShell, Python, Tines, and AI-enabled coding tools to streamline IAM Governance processes and reduce manual workload.
• Leverages AI-enabled platforms to identify and implement opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across the IAM program.
• Builds and maintains integrations between identity governance platforms such as SailPoint, Saviynt, and CyberArk, utilizing scripting and automation to support provisioning, access reviews, and privileged access management workflows.
• Handles operational issues and drives key improvements to enhance the efficiency and scalability of IAM Governance functions.
• Conducts analyses of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of new information security technologies.
• Identifies and implements emerging data access control technologies, information systems security issues, safeguards, and techniques.
• Leads the identification of portions of the organization's IT platform/infrastructure with the highest potential return for automation and process improvement.
