TITLE: FTS EUC - Business Solutions Operations Specialist
EMPLOYER: Fiserv Solutions, LLC
LOCATION: Milwaukee, WI (and various unanticipated locations throughout the US subject to authorization from management)
DUTIES: Design, develop and deploy solutions within the Microsoft 365 platform to drive productivity, collaboration, and business process improvements. Develop custom applications, workflows, and add-ins tailored to organizational needs and strategic objectives. Analyze business requirements and deliver end-to-end custom solutions, including comprehensive documentation to support implementation and maintenance. Design, develop, and implement PowerApps applications to streamline business processes and enhance user experience. Develop custom SharePoint solutions. Build custom applications for Microsoft Teams and integrate with Azure Graph API for advanced functionality. Create and manage Power Automate flows to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field and 2 years in any job title involving developing solutions within the Microsoft 365 suite. Prior experience must include 2 years in the following: Software development experience with Visual Studio, C#, Angular JS, and JQuery; Working with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS web technologies; Using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio to create and deliver efficient and user-friendly solutions; Gathering technical requirements and designing solutions to address business needs; Integrating Microsoft 365 solutions with other business systems using APIs and web services to ensure seamless data exchange; Working with Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) and Microsoft Graph API for user management and data retrieval; Developing strategies for data migration including SharePoint site provisioning and application of site design features; Integrating SharePoint security and permission management; and Creating solutions within the software development life cycle (SDLC).
