Job description

Core responsibilities:
  1. Development: Design, develop, and test a working set of solutions.
  2. Documentation: Maintain detailed technical documentation and user guides.
  3. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions.
  4. Education: Transfer knowledge to PMO staff to long-term maintenance of the solutions.
  5. Perform product management functions for multiple applications including but not limited to: Project and Portfolio
  6. Management, JIRA, Power Apps, & SharePoint.
  7. Perform Project Management related functions including but not limited to project financial analysis and training.

General
• Proficient in MS Products; Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, PowerApps to include Power Automate
and Power BI
• 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, independently
performs a variety of complicated tasks, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Ability to manage
Project Management
• Must have experience with both waterfall and agile project management methodologies.
• Experience with managing the needs of multiple stakeholders. (preferred)
• Knowledge and experience with the D.M.A.I.C. methodology (preferred)
• Experience with ITIL Project Management Technical
• Microsoft PL certification a plus
• Experience in Application UI/UX
• Familiarity with APIs and Data Querying
• Must have experience using Power BI for data visualization.
