Job Summary:
Intellisoft Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Power Platform Developer with extensive experience in Microsoft Power Platform technologies. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing low-code/no-code solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Canvas and Model-Driven applications using Microsoft Power Apps.
• Build custom business applications for inspections, approvals, data submissions, onboarding, and workflow management.
• Develop responsive UI components using Power Fx and integrate with Dataverse, SharePoint, Azure SQL, and REST APIs.
• Implement governance best practices including solution packaging, environment management, and naming conventions.
• Design and develop interactive dashboards and analytical reports using Microsoft Power BI.
• Create complex DAX measures, calculated columns, KPIs, and dynamic filtering logic.
• Perform data modeling and optimization for performance tracking and forecasting.
• Configure and manage Power BI Gateway, scheduled refreshes, and Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Embed Power BI reports within PowerApps and SharePoint portals.
• Develop and maintain automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate.
• Integrate workflows with Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, SQL Server, and third-party systems.
• Implement approval processes, automated notifications, task routing, and data synchronization flows.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs using ASP.NET or similar technologies.
• Connect Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, Snowflake, SharePoint Online, Azure services, and Dataverse.
• Perform ETL processes using Power Query (M), SSIS, and SQL scripts.
• Ensure secure authentication and authorization using Azure Active Directory.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Support UAT, production deployment, and post-production support.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and prepare technical documentation.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 3+ years of experience as a Power Platform Developer.
• Strong hands-on experience with: PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven Apps), Power BI (Desktop & Service), Power Automate.
• Advanced knowledge of DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling.
• Experience configuring Power BI Gateway and implementing Row-Level Security (RLS).
• Strong SQL and database experience (SQL Server, Azure SQL, Snowflake).
• Experience integrating REST APIs with Power Platform solutions.
• Proficiency in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred:
• Experience in public sector or enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of ASP.NET/C# backend development.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD pipelines).
• Experience with Dataverse and Power Platform Admin Center governance.
• Exposure to SSIS, Tableau, or other BI tools.
