Job Title: MS Dynamics Solution Architect Loc: Edison, NJ
We are currently looking for an MS Dynamics Solution architect to spearhead our MS Dynamics practice. A Microsoft Dynamics Solution Architect would be responsible for leading the design and implementation of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
This role is crucial for organizations looking to leverage Microsoft Dynamics 365 to enhance their business processes and achieve strategic goals. The Solution Architect plays a pivotal role in ensuring that the solutions are not only technically sound but also aligned with the overall business strategy.
The role reports to the CTO and would have a 5-7 member team reporting into it.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Solution Architecture: Oversee the architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations across various modules such as Finance, Supply Chain Management, Sales, and Customer Service.
  • Translate Requirements: Convert business and functional requirements into scalable Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they meet client needs.
  • Integration and Data Migration: Define architecture for integrations, data migration, reporting, and security, ensuring seamless operation across systems.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor and lead a team of functional and technical consultants and developers, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for client stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Best Practices: Ensure adherence to Microsoft s best practices and delivery frameworks, contributing to the development of reusable assets and methodologies.
  • Pre-sales Support: Assist in pre-sales activities by providing solution design and effort estimates, contributing to business development efforts.

Delivery & Collaboration

  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, engineering teams, and vendors.
  • Work effectively in an onsite-offshore delivery model, providing architectural guidance, reviews, and governance.

Governance & Standards

Architecture & Technology Technical Skills:
