Description Under supervision of the Parks Maintenance Supervisor, Parks Maintenance Workers assist Parks and Recreation staff with various park maintenance tasks and is expected to perform a variety of landscape maintenance, janitorial and custodial duties. .Weekday, evening, and/or weekend shifts are available Detailed Work Activities General landscaping tasks such as mowing, bush & tree trimming, blowing, power washing, weed eating, and edging. Maintain and prepare athletic fields

Cleans buildings and facilities, landscape areas, playground equipment, bleachers, picnic tables and shade structures. Cleans and stocks restrooms products at each facility. Clean and remove litter from parks, parking lot, and other public areas.

Provide assistance to department staff for the implementation of events and programs. Performs routine manual labor. Perform other duties as assigned.
