Compensation Structure – Performance Pay (Piece Work Model) + Hourly Training Pay

At Sparkle Squad, high performers earn more. We use a piece work compensation model for production work that rewards efficiency, quality, and teamwork.

How Pay Works

1. Production Work – Piece Rate Pay

Technicians are paid per completed job or service component (window cleaning — interior and exterior, commercial glass within office buildings, gutter cleaning, power washing, soft wash, holiday lighting, etc.).

This means:

  • The more efficient and skilled you become, the more you earn.
  • High-quality, safe work increases your earning potential.
  • Strong team performance benefits everyone.
  • There is no artificial earning cap during production days.

This model is ideal for motivated individuals who want their income tied to performance rather than just hours on the clock.

Our experienced technicians often earn well above traditional hourly roles once fully trained and operating independently.

2. Training, Meetings & Marketing Activities – $18 per Hour

All structured training, safety meetings, and marketing activities (deploying yard signs, community events, etc.) are paid at $18 per hour.

You are paid while you learn.
