Job Title: Residential Window Cleaner & Power Washer
Pay Rate: $16-$22/hour
Location: Monmouth & Ocean County, NJ (meet-up points in Red Bank and/or Asbury Park)
Job Summary:
Join our energetic team as a Residential Window Cleaner and Power Washer, where youโ€™ll play a vital role in enhancing the appearance and cleanliness of homes through expert window cleaning and power washing services. No prior experience requiredโ€”work ethic and a willingness to learn are most important, and we provide full on-the-job training.
Responsibilities:
  • Professionally clean residential windows to ensure a streak-free finish
  • Operate power washing equipment to remove dirt, mold, and grime from exterior surfaces such as siding, decks, driveways, and patios
  • Safely use ladders to access high or hard-to-reach areas on residential properties
  • Prepare job sites by setting up necessary safety barriers and inspecting equipment before use
  • Follow safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and clientsโ€™ properties
  • Communicate courteously and professionally with clients and fellow team members
  • Maintain accurate records of completed jobs
  • Assist with minor janitorial or custodial tasks as needed
Qualifications:
