In this role,ย you'llย operateย high-pressure washing equipment to remove dirt, grime, graffiti, and other debris from buildings, sidewalks, streets, and other surfaces.ย You'llย take ownership of assigned work areas, ensure equipment isย operatedย safely and effectively, and helpย maintainย clean, attractive public and private spaces while supporting safety and environmental standards.

    • Execution:ย Review assigned routes thoroughly prior to departure. Be proactive in asking clarifying questions if the route or expectations are unclear. Complete assigned jobs within the allottedย timeframeย whileย maintainingย expected quality and attention to detail.
    • Equipment Operation:ย Operateย equipment safely and efficiently at all times, following all traffic laws, company safety procedures, and site-specific protocols. Exerciseย additionalย caution during inclement weather or challenging site conditions.
    • Material Handling:ย Handle materials safely and securely; Apply correct procedures for material types and disposal sites.
    • Reporting:ย Report any equipment issues, malfunctions, near misses, crashes, or injuries within 30 minutes or as soonย as safelyย possible. Immediately escalate opportunities, work issues, or safety concerns to management.
    • Professional Communication:ย Maintainย a professional attitude and appearance whileย representingย the company on job sites or in public areas. Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients when needed.
    • Compliance & Documentation:ย Accurately complete required logs, manifests, and forms.ย
