Bench Mechanic
Pay: $24.00/hr
Shift: Monday-Friday, 1st shift (Day shift)
Location: On-site - Franklin, IN (75 Linville Way, Franklin, IN 46131)
Integrity Trade Services is hiring a Bench Mechanic for our industrial/facility-focused client to start 06/01/2026. Receive comprehensive benefits through ITS upon hire!
  • Perform inspections of mechanical equipment for damage or wear
  • Complete routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and diagnostic work to prevent failures
  • Repair or replace faulty components and determine repair vs. replacement needs
  • Assemble/disassemble machinery parts and install components per instructions
  • Test repaired equipment and maintain accurate repair/maintenance documentation
  • Understand aircraft systems, components, and technologies
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills to diagnose complex issues
  • Exceptional attention to detail to ensure precision and prevent issues
  • Ability to communicate technical information and coordinate with team members
  • Ability to work with safety standards and FAA compliance/approved maintenance procedures
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments
