Job Description
Boone Power is looking for a Systems Analyst.
The Systems Analyst creates innovative, custom solutions that make it easier for employees to do their work, increase internal visibility to our business processes and improve our ability to serve Boone Power members. The role works on multiple projects, analyzing the business needs of internal stakeholders; creates custom solutions; customizes third-party system interfaces; and provides technical support to address the needs of the business.
The successful candidate will report to the Director of Information Services Technology. Other items may be assigned according to business needs and directives.

Qualifications
  • (a) BA/BS Degree and 1 years of experience; (b) Associates Degree and 5 years of experience; or (c) High School and 10 years of experience
  • Preferred experience with full-stack programming using a modern web-development framework
  • Experience (3+ years) writing SQL against traditional RDBMS: Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL
  • Experience developing reports from and analyzing data stored in an RDMBS
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft operating systems and productivity suites
  • Preferred knowledge of Linux-based operating systems
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to conduct research to address problems, recommend solutions, and communicate with project stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
