Job description

JD:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in software development, with proven delivery in enterprise environments.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum/SAFe teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Expertise required for each developer: Power Platforms (Canvas), Power Automate, .NET with React JS, Azure DevOps, SQL proficiency (SQL Server / Oracle / any relational DB)
  • Experience in AI driven development approach using Copilot / Vibe coding is a plus.
  • Our expectation for the onsite role is that the person should be able to provide technical guidance and develop solutions in Power platform, .Net /React JS (UI) and Azure DevOps integrations and collaborate well with client business and offshore developers and lead on technical side and also contribute to architectural setup, activities, take initiatives and collaborate .
  • Handson in UI intergrations, Azure devops, - build and deploy is a must
  • Hands on in unit testing and do code review, what all the ways to get them improve productivitiy in work using copilots, vibe
  • All work will be executed in alignment with the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe ) as practiced by client, including participation in PI Planning, Iteration Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt events, and adherence to program Definitions of Ready and Done.
