Job description

  • Lead the design, development, and governance of low-code and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
  • Design, build, and support enterprise-grade applications and databases, ensuring reliability, security, and performance of SQL environments.
Key Responsibilities include:
  • Design, develop, and deploy applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
  • Integrate Power Platform solutions with SQL Server, Microsoft 365, Azure, and external systems.
  • Develop and maintain SQL Server databases, including schema design, performance tuning, and optimization.
  • Create and maintain stored procedures, views, functions, triggers, and ETL processes.
  • Design enterprise-ready data models and build secure connections between Power Platform solutions and SQL databases.
  • Implement governance, ALM, and environment strategies for Power Platform solutions.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance across applications and databases.
  • Troubleshoot Power Platform errors, workflow failures, and database performance issues.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain documentation, diagrams, and operational procedures.
  • Support modernization, automation, and cloud adoption initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in MS Power Platform development and implementation, including strong hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Virtual Agent, and Dataverse.
  • 7+ years of strong SQL skills, including knowledge of SQL database structure, expertise in T-SQL development, performance tuning, indexing strategies, and query optimization, and experience integrating with databases.
  • Experience managing SQL Server instances (on-premise and/or Azure SQL).
  • Understanding of data governance, security roles, and DLP policies.
  • Experience integrating databases with APIs, cloud apps, and third-party systems.
  • 7+ years of strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
  • 7+ years of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • 7+ years of ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certification: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) or higher.
