Position Summary

Join a team at the forefront of transforming how maintenance and operational excellence are delivered across the enterprise. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will play a key role in advancing a high-visibility digital transformation program focused on standardizing and modernizing the end-to‑end maintenance lifecycle through a unified, data-driven platform. In this role, you will design and build enterprise-scale solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure cloud technologies, enabling intelligent workflows, real‑time data capture, and seamless system integrations. Key Responsibilities

Leads efforts from end‑to‑end through delegation, review, and driving results holistically; leads medium complexity features from technical design through completion. Executes a defined software engineering roadmap, contributing to the organization’s engineering and technology strategy. Performs coding, debugging, testing and troubleshooting throughout the development process in projects with moderate to high complexity under limited or no supervision. Identifies and recommends improvements to the software development lifecycle and best practices in agile engineering. Conducts demos of application features and designs features to support automated testability. Conducts research, design and prototyping and experience on a cross‑functional team. Works with users to translate designs and solution architecture into design specifications. Organizes the delivery of high‑quality, innovative solution or deliverables, setting effort estimates and continuously collaborating and updating the specifications, in line with user requirements. Coordinates and implements new architectures, standards, methods and logic for enterprise software in accordance with business strategies and specifications. Ensures proper documentation of software design and works with business partners to design and implement solution to meet architecture standards. Champions a continuous improvement mindset, usage of AI, and automation of software engineering processes. Drives process excellence and innovative Software Engineering by empowering others, collaborating, taking appropriate risks, and making timely decisions within scope of responsibility. Mentors less experienced team members and accelerates software engineering maturity by modeling and encouraging ongoing learning and self‑development.

Education and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience required 5+ years of relevant IT experience Experience designing, developing, and supporting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps (Canvas and Model‑Driven Apps), Power Automate, and Dataverse. Experience developing and supporting enterprise integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, Microsoft integration technologies, and modern application integration patterns. Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, JSON, and related technologies used to extend Power Platform capabilities, including PCF controls, custom APIs, and Dataverse plug‑ins. Strong understanding of agile methodologies, modern software delivery practices, including application lifecycle management (ALM), source control, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevSecOps principles. Strong understanding of Power Platform security, authentication, authorization, and secure application development practices. Experience troubleshooting and resolving application, integration, performance, scalability, and operational issues in enterprise environments. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Power Platform Developer Associate (PL‑400) and/or Azure Developer Associate (AZ‑204) certifications are highly desirable.
