Job description

Responsibilities/Expectations:

  • Leads the design and development of sophisticated software solutions including hands-on development, testing, and debugging
  • Collaborates with partners to define project goals and requirements
  • Contributes to the documentation of software solutions and processes
  • Partners with business teams to apply artificial intelligence capabilities responsibly and creatively across enterprise, operational, and product delivery workflows
  • Leverages generative AI concepts, prompt engineering, AI?assisted development, and ethical AI practices to solve real business problems
  • Builds or integrates AI?backed features into production systems, experimenting responsibly with emerging tools, platforms, and frameworks
  • Demonstrates curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset by staying current with advances in AI and continuously learning new methodologies
  • Ensures the maintenance, development and enhancement of existing application systems meet the organizational business objectives and IT standards
  • Other duties as assigned

Education/Years of Experience:

  • Required: High school diploma or GED and a minimum twelve (12) years' IT experience, OR Associate's degree and a minimum eight (8) years' IT experience, OR Bachelor's degree in IT-related field and a minimum five (5) years' IT experience
  • Preferred: Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science, or related field

  • Demonstrates outstanding organizational and communication skills, with a strong commitment to safety as the highest priority
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Expert-level proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and technologies

  • Someone who can gather requirement from Business partners and use AI to automate test cases and do a prototype based on that and from there who can develop it into application.
  • Microsoft Power apps is what the team is using right now / Code apps (Which came in recently is good to have)
  • Someone with experience in Power Automate to automate flow and Power BI for Reporting.
  • Someone who can communicate with partners on their needs and providing solution.
  • Familiar with AI based developing using (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub, Figma)
  • Languages: Java / Java scripting / Python (any of these is good to have)
  • Familiarity with Azure devops and Agile
