SR MS Power Platform Developer
Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance
Location: 100% Remote
Full Time/Salary + Benefits
Core Responsibilities
  • Administer tenant-level platform controls (environments, policies, capacity, governance)
  • Govern and develop using Power Platform products including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Pages, component libraries
  • Define and enforce environment strategy, access, lifecycle, and standards
  • Maintain tenant inventory and reporting (apps, flows, bots, models, sites, connectors, gateways)
  • Monitor and resolve platform health issues (failures, capacity, orphaned assets, compliance gaps)
  • Manage licensing and entitlements (premium, Copilot, AI Builder credits, Power Pages capacity)
  • Run intake and approval processes (connectors, APIs, gateways, copilots, AI models)
  • Evaluate solutions for security, data handling, licensing, ownership, supportability
  • Administer DLP policies and connector governance
  • Support on-premises data gateways and enterprise connectivity
  • Troubleshoot production issues (refresh, performance, integration, dependencies)
  • Administer Power BI operations (workspaces, datasets, refresh, capacity)
  • Implement ALM and deployments (solutions, pipelines, component libraries, Power Pages)
  • Automate operations using PowerShell, CLI, and admin APIs
  • Assume additional responsibilities as assigned/required.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years Microsoft 365 / Power Platform / Power BI experience (3+ years tenant-level)
  • Proven tenant administration (settings, policies, environments, capacity, reporting)
  • Experience across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Copilot Studio, AI Builder, Power Pages
  • Experience with licensing and premium capability reviews (Copilot, AI Builder, portals)
  • Strong Power BI administration (workspaces, semantic models, refresh, gateways)
  • Experience with on-premises data gateways
  • Strong DLP and connector governance experience
  • Experience with enterprise integrations / SaaS platforms
  • Experience with REST APIs and custom connectors
  • Experience with ALM and lifecycle management (solutions, component libraries)
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (RBAC, auth, identity governance)
  • Strong troubleshooting across platform, network, and data layers
  • Ability to produce runbooks, target state diagrams, and audit documentation
  • Experience working with security, infrastructure, and app teams
  • Ability to obtain and maintain Public Trust clearance

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in GCC, GCC High, DoD, or regulated environments
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, AI Builder, and Power Pages at scale
  • Experience with Microsoft Purview, Defender, Conditional Access
  • Experience with Power Platform CoE Starter Kit
  • Experience with PowerShell, PAC CLI, Azure DevOps, GitHub, admin APIs, Graph
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (PL-, SC-, AZ-)
  • Active Public Trust (or higher)
