Power Platform Developer About the Role We're seeking a skilled Power Platform Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience designing, developing, and implementing business applications and workflows using Microsoft Power Platform tools-including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio. This role will focus on building scalable, user-friendly solutions to streamline operations and improve productivity, while also educating and empowering end users to strengthen the citizen developer community. Required Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience building solutions with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Power Platform administration concepts, including environments, DLP, Dataverse, security roles, and the COE Starter Kit.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365 services (e.g., SharePoint, Teams) and internal business systems.
  • Proficiency with SQL, data modeling, DAX queries, Power FX, PowerShell, JSON, and HTML/CSS.
  • Familiarity with custom connector development and extending Power Platform capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for training, support, and clear documentation.
