Job Summary:
Alpha Consulting Corp. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Platform Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various technologies and a solid understanding of IT application architecture and design methodologies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement platform solutions.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement platform solutions
• Ensure platform reliability and performance
• Continuously optimize platform processes and tools
Qualifications:
Required:
• Good working experience in Middleware technologies (i.e., Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic)
• Proficiency in UiPath RPA
• Experience with app containerization (i.e., Kubernetes, Redhat OpenShift)
• Strong automation skills (i.e., UiPath RPA, Client Power, Airflow)
• Experience with Message Queue technologies (i.e., Kafka, MQ)
• Knowledge of ETL processes (i.e., Glide)
• Experience with analytics tools (i.e., Dataiku)
• Data management expertise (i.e., Snowflake, Data Bricks)
• Sound knowledge of IT application architecture and design methodologies across multiple platforms
• Understanding of applications capacity management
• Experience in applications resilience planning
• Proficiency in SQL and scripting
• Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry
Preferred:
• Experience with digital technologies such as Kafka
• Robotic Process Automation expertise with UiPath
• Knowledge of Kubernetes
