Your role.

Your work will include, but not be limited to:

  • Participate in all phases of a project from planning through implementation and support.
  • Collaborate with internal clients to develop, validate, and implement software solutions based on client requirements, enterprise standards and defined design patterns.
  • Troubleshoot and solve multiple issues concurrently.
  • Documentation and technical support activities.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Architect Power Platform solutions across SharePoint and Dataverse, selecting the right data backend, connectors, and integration patterns.

The qualifications.

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field preferred. We will consider substantially equivalent certifications to satisfy some or all of the educational requirements.
  • 3 or more years of hands-on experience with modern web application, enterprise application development platforms, and integrations is required
  • 1 or more years of experience as a Power Platform developer including Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Automate is required
  • Experience with SQL and SharePoint is required
  • Strong understanding of standard, premium, and custom connectors, including building and maintaining custom connectors (OpenAPI/Swagger, OAuth 2.0, and policies), is required
  • Strong coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of relational databases and data models
  • Deep Microsoft Dataverse data modeling (tables, relationships, security roles, business rules, and calculated/rollup columns), with sound judgment on when to use Dataverse vs. SharePoint, is required
  • Experience with Azure DevOps and GitHub is desired
  • Experience creating technical documentation including solution architecture diagrams, designs, and operational support documentation is desired
  • Pro-code extensibility is a plus: Power Apps Code Apps (React/TypeScript, code-first), Power Apps Component Framework (PCF) components, and plugins/JavaScript; C#, REST, and JSON
  • PL-400 (Power Platform Developer Associate) certification strongly preferred
  • Experience with VS Code, the Power Platform CLI, and AI-assisted development workflows is a plus
  • This position may require some local and national travel

This is an exempt position, so you may have to work hours that exceed the standard 40-hour work week.

The compensation range reflects the base salary we reasonably expect to pay for this position across our offices in the following regions: CO, IL, OH, and MA. Generally, experienced hires are not hired at or near the maximum salary range, as compensation decisions take into account a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to: responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. For early career roles, including campus hires, we offer standardized, market-based starting salaries among individuals within the same hiring group. This approach ensures fairness and reflects current industry benchmarks for entry-level talent.
