Job description

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Midโ€‘Level Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support business applications and automations using the Microsoft Power Platform suite. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and user experience.

The ideal candidate has handsโ€‘on experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and integrations with Microsoft 365 and external systems. The developer should be comfortable translating business requirements into technical solutions while adhering to best practices in governance, security, and maintainability.

Duties and Responsibilities

Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

  • Develop basic Power Apps applications in Canvas mode using Phone or Tablet layouts.
  • Develop basic workflows using Power Automate.
  • Develop single and basic reports and dashboards using Power BI.
  • Manage connections to Office 365 products, including OneDrive, SharePoint, Excel files, and Azure SQL, for data interchange.

Teamwork and Communication

  • Work under Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
  • Provide daily status and feedback on the work performed.
  • Assist in the analysis, design, development, and deployment of Power Platform applications.
  • Provide accurate explanations of any written code.
  • Communicate with internal and external personnel in English or Spanish to discuss requirements and specifications, provide status updates, and explain the work performed.

Education

The employee must hold a bachelorโ€™s degree in computer science or a software engineeringโ€‘related field or six (6) years of equivalent working experience developing Power Platform applications.
