Job Title: Planner / Scheduler Location: Corpus Christi, TX Type: 6 month Contract Work Model: Onsite – onsite PD: $178/day mob/demob

Responsibilities

  • Planning & Scheduling: Formulate short- and long-term maintenance routines, upcoming work orders, and major plant outages.
  • Resource Management: Align labor hours, material requirements, and operational budgets with production goals.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with plant management, engineering groups, and project managers to streamline workflows.
  • Safety & Compliance: Oversee hazard isolations, critical component checks, and strict adherence to safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or related field preferred.
  • 4 to 7 years of direct background in power plant or heavy industrial maintenance planning.
  • Advanced expertise in computerized maintenance management software like Maximo.
  • Strong independent judgment, mechanical/electrical aptitude, and effective communication for outage readiness.
