Job description

Power Master Electric

Power Master Electric is a licensed electrical contractor based in the Raleigh, NC area, delivering commercial and government electrical construction projects with a reputation for quality and reliability. We work with municipal clients, general contractors, and developers on projects ranging from standby power systems to large-scale electrical infrastructure.

We're growing and need an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead our field crews and keep our jobs running on time and on budget.

What You'll Do

  • Supervise and direct electrical field crews on commercial and government construction projects
  • Own daily site operations — manpower, materials, tools, and equipment are where they need to be, when they need to be there
  • Read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications; translate plans into daily and weekly work direction for your crews
  • Coordinate with GCs, other trades, inspectors, and the project manager to keep work moving and conflicts resolved in the field
  • Enforce safety policies and maintain a zero-incident jobsite culture
  • Track daily production, identify schedule risks early, and escalate issues before they become problems
  • Conduct quality control inspections and ensure work is installed per code and contract documents
  • Mentor journeymen and apprentices on the job

  • What We're Looking For
  • 5–9 years of electrical construction experience with at least 2–3 years in a supervisory role (foreman or superintendent)
  • Strong working knowledge of commercial and/or government electrical systems — distribution, conduit systems, gear installation, standby power
  • Ability to read and mark up drawings and specs
  • NC Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred
  • OSHA 30 certification preferred
  • Reliable, organized, and able to manage multiple crews across a job without close oversight
  • Valid driver's license; reliable transportation to job sites in the Raleigh metro area
