Join us as an Account Manager based in Salt Lake City, Utah, or Portland, Oregon, where you will play a pivotal role in selling and managing relationships with utility, developer, and EPC customers. Imagine being the key liaison between our clients and the Grid Technologies business, where your day-to-day activities will involve engaging with various customer personas, driving internal actions to secure orders, and executing projects. You will leverage Siemens Energy's capabilities to solve customer challenges, serving as the subject matter expert who drives account strategy and forecasting, ensuring our businesses effectively meet market demands.
How You'll Make an Impact
  • Build and nurture relationships across all client levels, connecting internal and external stakeholders to drive collaboration.
  • Serve as the face of Siemens Energy for Grid Technologies, positioning us as a technical expert and influencing customer decisions.
  • Lead business development efforts across the Grid Technologies Equipment and Services portfolio.
  • Align cross-functional teams around customer-centric goals, ensuring mutual success for Siemens Energy and its clients.
  • Champion the customer perspective internally, shaping winning strategies and resolving implementation challenges.
  • Communicate key developments, successes, and challenges to leadership, helping shape portfolio offerings to meet evolving market needs.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in business, engineering, or a relevant field.
  • 3 or more years of relevant experience. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level, and vice versa.
  • Previous experience in the HV equipment space is a plus (not required).
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven leadership experience and a track record of effective information sharing.
  • Familiarity with financial targets and Salesforce.com ; industry experience is a plus.
  • Flexible and adaptable in dynamic, fast-changing environments.
Travel, as needed (~30%).
