Job description

Description

The Inside Sales Representative-Energy-Power Generation plays a key role in driving revenue growth by generating new business, expanding existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position focuses on promoting TPC's portfolio of products to utility power generation facilities, including fossil fuels, nuclear power, and renewable energy.ย 


Responsibilities

Drive new account acquisition through daily prospecting and qualification.

Identify opportunities within new and undersold power generation accounts for flexible cables, deployment solutions and related products.

Conduct daily outbound sales calls and manage inbound inquiries.

Travel as needed to build strategic relationships with priority accounts.

Deliver effective product demonstrations both virtually and in person.

Develop and execute territory and account plants to meet sales objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams to support account strategies.

Stay informed in utility industry trends and best practices to position TPC's value propositions effectively.

Sell both standard in-line products and custom-engineered solutions.

Perform additional duties as assigned. ย 

Requirements

2+ years sales experience, ideally in a utility & industrial setting.

Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales objectives.

Strong communication, organizational and time management skills.

Ability to listen and overcome objections.

Adaptability and willingness to embrace change.

Strong organizational discipline and time-management capabilities.

Bachelor's degree in business, industrial distribution, engineering/technology or related degree


Working Conditions

Full-time position with standard office hours
