  • Partner with planning and operations to align demand, starts, and delivery commitments to realistic capacity and execution plans.

  • Provide data driven justification for capital investment decisions, including timing, risk, and expected impact.

B. OEE, Productivity, and Flow Optimization

  • Define and standardize OEE and tool productivity metrics; lead loss tree and root cause analysis.

  • Drive tool productivity improvement programs with measurable and sustained outcomes.

  • Apply Theory of Constraints and variability reduction to stabilize flow, reduce WIP, and improve cycle time.

  • Validate that improvements translate into real, sustained factory performance.

C. Industrial Systems & Analytics

  • Own IE systems including capacity modeling, scheduling logic, forecasting, and standardized reporting.

  • Partner with OT/IT to define requirements, document use cases and validate system enhancements.

  • Ensure analytics and dashboards support predictable execution and decision making.

D. Technical Leadership & Program Governance

  • Lead the IE roadmap across capacity, OEE, and optimization with clear scopes, milestones, and measurable outcomes.

  • Drive cross functional alignment and execution cadence to convert analysis into sustained results.
