Job description

The successful candidate will work alongside industry experts to spearhead the expansion of their market presence both domestically and internationally.
Job Summary:
As an Account Executive specializing in Power & Energy, you will be responsible for devising and executing strategic sales plans to tap into targeted industries. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet revenue goals, facilitate customer interactions, and drive business growth within specific markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a formal strategic plan for identifying and cultivating industry-specific cold spray applications.
  • Set and monitor development targets, coordinate action plans for customers, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Analyze market data to identify sales opportunities, manage customer relationships, and generate leads.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager on promotional activities and brand-building initiatives.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, attend trade shows, and actively engage with customers to drive sales.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management preferred.
  • 5+ years of senior-level sales and strategic planning experience, MBA a plus.
  • Familiarity with DOD operations, sustainment, and contracting advantageous.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
