• Develop innovative solutions to complex technical challenges in signal processing design.
• Create or modifyexisting electronic warfare signal processing and control algorithms.
• Develop and execute test plans,including test simulations and lab tests to verify system capability.
• Evaluate and assess functional performance of developmental RF systems, including signal processing subsystems, and firmware/control algorithms.
• Support planning and execution of Integration, Verification, or Troubleshoot Test activities in our labs and in the field
• Support troubleshooting and failure data analyses, including root cause and corrective action processes and advanced use of lab or field test equipment
• Complete and compile detailed performance evaluations, including the use of analysis tools, such as MATLAB
• Prepare and present results in reports and briefings to internal or external stakeholders
• Maintain engineering specifications and drawings
• Provide technical guidance and support to Engineering Integrated Product Team Leads (IPTLs)
• Participate in periodic team meetings, interface teleconference meetings, working group meetings
• Support associated with implementing process requirements

• After completion of comprehensive on-the-job training, the candidate will be a part of a team supporting systems engineering, integration, and test activities across the product development lifecycle.

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM)discipline (preferably Computer Science or Physics) and a minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience with troubleshooting technical issues with electronics in an academic or internship setting, including the use of common commercial test equipment (oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer, etc.)

• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance prior to start date. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Qualifications We Prefer:

• We Prefer: Advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) discipline (preferably Physics or Computer Science)

• RF system design, digital and analog signal processing, waveform and signal modulation characteristics and analysis, and/or algorithm implementation and testing.

• Experience with electrical schematics, interface control documentation, and communications protocols

• Experience integrating software and firmware onto electronic hardware systems

• Experience with reading and integrating software routines with hardware/electronics; C/C++/C# preferred

• Experience with tools, such as Microsoft Office, MATLAB or Python, for dataanalysis and automation

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
