Responsibilities

Replenishment and Putaway Specialist at The Container Store, where you'll be at the forefront of ensuring our inventory is always stocked and organized for seamless operations. With your keen attention to detail and precision, you'll ensure that every item is accurately stored and easily accessible, enabling us to meet the demands of our customers effectively. This role offers full-time hours with competitive hourly rates.   • Shifts: Sunday- Wednesday (6am- 4:30pm) or Thursday- Saturday (6am- 6:30pm)
  • Responsible for timely and accurately relocating inventory from the Receiving dock to either open-air reserve locations or active pick locations
  • Responsible for using a manual pallet jack and operating multiple pieces of warehouse powered equipment (walkie rider, stock chaser, stand up forklift, order picker, and/or reach truck) to perform putaway tasks in multi-level pick modules
  • Utilize handheld devices to receive replenishment and putaway tasks
  • Ability to maneuver equipment, navigating aisles, and using the lift mechanism to reach high racks. Adheres to safety protocols to prevent accidents and injuries.
  • Ability to consistently meet time-based productivity standards
  • Comfortable working in multi-level picking modules and around conveyor systems
  • Maintains a safe work area, adhering to safety policies and procedures
  • Supports and works in other departments throughout the Distribution Center
  • Ability to work in a non-climate-controlled environment
  • This role also entails maintaining inventory accuracy throughout the Distribution Center

Store Replenishment Specialist is responsible for picking, loading and securing product on our trucks waiting to make their road trip across the country to our many stores.

  • Shifts: Monday - Friday (7am- 3:30pm)
  • Maintains accuracy while pulling, packing and loading product  
  • Utilizes voice picking to accurately fulfill customer or store replenishment orders  
  • Understands all areas of the outbound process, including Direct to Customer (e-commerce) and Store Replenishment  
  • Receives, inspects, processes and accepts merchandise into the Distribution Center 
  • Checks in freight and ensures accuracy of products received 
  • Stows product throughout the Distribution Center ensuring accuracy  
  • Operates motorized and non-motorized equipment (certification required) 
  • Consistently meets all Labor Management and productivity standards 
  • Maintains a clean and safe Distribution Center, adhering to safety policies and procedures 
  • Trains and supports other departments throughout the Distribution Center as needed 
  • Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment 
  • Arrives promptly to work the assigned schedule 
  • Responsible for maintaining discretion related to all confidential/sensitive company and customer information

Experience and Skills Required
