About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Power BI Developer to support reporting, analytics, and governance initiatives focused on Technology Asset Management and Vendor End of Support (VEoS) compliance. This role requires strong expertise in data visualization, reporting automation, SQL development, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver actionable business insights and support governance objectives.
The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who can translate business requirements into scalable reporting solutions while working across technology, risk, and governance teams.
Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to technology, risk, and governance stakeholders.
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for data extraction, validation, transformation, and reporting.
  • Build and automate reporting solutions using Power Query, ETL methodologies, and data integration best practices.
  • Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, compliance risks, opportunities, and operational improvements.
  • Partner with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Create, manage, and track user stories, requirements, and development activities within Jira.
  • Support and collaborate on ServiceNow development-related reporting and governance initiatives.
  • Utilize GitHub for version control, code management, and development collaboration.
  • Provide ongoing support, enhancements, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement for reporting and analytics platforms.
  • Develop and deliver presentations and documentation to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates.
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience developing dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions using Power BI.
  • 4+ years of experience with data visualization tools, including Power BI and Tableau.
  • Strong proficiency in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Query and data transformation techniques.
  • Experience using GitHub for source control and collaboration.
  • Experience working with Jira for Agile project tracking and requirements management.
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow reporting and development environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting Technology Asset Management, technology governance, or compliance-related initiatives.
  • Experience with Vendor End of Support (VEoS) governance programs.
  • Background in business communications and executive-level reporting.
