Join a high-performing team delivering enterprise digital and marketing platforms that enable scalable, data-driven customer experiences across Esri. This role focuses on analyzing business processes, defining requirements, and delivering solutions across Content Management Solutions (CMS), web applications, data and reporting platforms, enterprise integrations, and marketing technologies.
You are energized by solving complex system challenges, improving operational efficiency, and translating business needs into effective digital solutions. By understanding how work happens across the organization, you will help design smarter processes, enhance platform capabilities, and drive measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements discovery and analysis efforts through stakeholder interviews, workshops, process reviews, workflow analysis, and other business and systems analysis techniques.
  • Analyze complex business processes, digital platforms, and technical requirements to identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and improved customer experiences.
  • Translate business objectives into detailed functional, technical, integration, and data requirements that support scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and platform administrators to design and deliver digital solutions across content management systems, web applications, enterprise platforms, and marketing technologies.
  • Develop and maintain business and technical documentation including process models, workflow diagrams, business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, data mappings, API specifications, and system integration documentation.
  • Support the enhancement and optimization of enterprise content management systems (CMS), digital experience platforms, and customer-facing web applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to support system integrations, testing activities, production releases, and post-deployment support throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Facilitate backlog refinement, prioritization, roadmap planning, and Agile delivery activities while balancing business objectives, technical feasibility, and platform considerations.
  • Support privacy, compliance, data governance, and consent management initiatives, including integrations with enterprise governance platforms and regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies, AI-enabled solutions, and digital platform capabilities to identify opportunities that improve operational efficiency and customer engagement.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to business and technology stakeholders by recommending scalable, data-driven solutions that align business needs with enterprise platform strategy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst supporting CMS, digital platforms, or enterprise web applications
  • Experience supporting enterprise content management systems (CMS), digital platforms, web applications, and system integrations, with the ability to document complex business processes and communicate effectively across technical and business audiences.
  • Strong process analysis and requirements elicitation skills, including the ability to facilitate workshops and engage stakeholders across all organizational levels, including senior leadership
  • Working knowledge of web technologies and architectures, including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, APIs, and cloud environments
  • Experience supporting AI-powered chatbots, virtual assistants, conversational interfaces, or AI-enabled digital experiences
  • Strong communication, organizational, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Incorporate appropriate security and data privacy safeguards into work activities, communications and deliverables to protect sensitive, confidential and regulated information.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related STEM discipline

Recommended Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), headless CMS platforms, or similar enterprise content management solutions.
  • Familiarity with marketing technology ecosystems, including analytics, personalization, or customer data platforms
  • Experience supporting Adobe Experience Cloud solutions like Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), CDP, or related data driven- marketing platforms
  • Experience with Node.js-based applications or API-driven architectures
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows, integrations, or platform enhancements
  • Experience with enterprise search, content discovery, or site search optimization
  • Proficiency with analysis and modeling tools (Visio, Lucid chart) and productivity tools (Excel, Workfront, and more)
