Murad is seeking a high-energy Sales + Education Executive (SEE) to lead brand growth across a dynamic retail territory in collaboration with our prestige beauty partners.

This is a field-facing role responsible for driving sales performance, elevating brand ranking in stores, and developing retail teams into confident Murad sellers. The SEE acts as the face of Murad in-market by owning their territory strategy, education execution, and partnership development. If you love influencing store culture, helping customers find their best skin health, and coaching teams to exceed sales targets, this role is made for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Territory Performance

You will create growth for your territory by:

  • Driving sell-through and exceeding monthly sales targets
  • Lead regular strategy conversations with store leadership
  • Improving brand ranking within key retail doors
  • Influencing remote store performance between visits
  • Executing launch strategies that convert excitement into revenue
  • Identifying whitespace opportunities and acting quickly
  • Building team of Freelance talent that extends reach and drives growth effectively

Strategic Retail Partnership

This role operates as a trusted business partner to store and district leadership.

  • Share ranking insights and growth strategies during visits
  • Partner with store leadership on performance opportunities
  • Support merchandising execution and visibility improvements
  • Flag inventory risks early
  • Represent Murad at the highest standard in every interaction

Education That Converts

  • Coach store partners to confidently recommend Murad and build advocacy within store teams, resulting in increased basket size
  • Deliver impactful in-store trainings and seasonal updates, adapting training styles across experience levels

Eventing That Drives Results

  • You'll execute events that increase traffic, conversion, repeat customers and store excitement around Murad.
QUALIFICATIONS

Past Experience

  • 3+ years of prestige beauty field or multi-door retail experience
  • Proven success with increasing retail rankings and store productivity
  • Experience building business with large-format beauty retailers, e.g. ULTA, Sephora
  • Confidence working independently across a territory
  • Strong business planning capabilities
  • Strong communication, presentation and coaching skills
  • Proficiency with reporting tools and field tech (Microsoft Office, Power BI, Skincare devices)

Role Requirements

  • Must reside inside the assigned territory
  • Reliable transportation required
  • Overnight travel varies by market
  • Flexible schedule aligned to peak retail traffic and events

Physical demands of the role:

  • Must be able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
  • 100% of the time performing an activity - presentation, assisted selling
  • 50% of the time performing activities such as lifting, bending, standing, and carrying boxes
