Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) Conseillere en ingenirie de donnees pour rejoindre notre equipe.

Responsabilites

• Faire l'integration d'un tres grand volume de donnees cliniques provenant d'un nouvel orchestrateur et des systemes de dossiers medicaux electroniques;

• L'integration et la normalisation s'appuieront sur la solution Healthcare Data Solutions de Fabric pour construire un pipeline de donnees exploitant une architecture medaillon (couches Bronze, Silver et Gold) deployee sur des Lakehouses.

Qualifications

• Detenirundiplome universitaire de premier cycle (baccalaureat) dans le domaine des technologies de l'information, en administration des affaires, en gestion, ou dans un domaine connexe.L'equivalence du MIFI est exigee pour tout diplome obtenu a l'exterieur du Quebec;

• Microsoft Power BI Analyste en donneesPL-300, Tableau certifie associe/professionnel;

• Power Platform associe fonctionnelPL-200 (ou equivalences);

• Posseder au moins QUINZE (15) annees d'experience dans le domaine des technologies de l'information;

• Posseder au moins CINQ (5) annees d'experience acquise au cours des DIX (10) dernieres annees, en BI, analytique ou visualisation de donnees;

• Experience concrete confirmee avec Power BI, dans le developpement de rapports, tableau de bord decisionnel, modelisation dimensionnelle, DAX avance et Power Query;

• Experience en gestion de projets Agile (Scrum,Scrumban, Kanban, DAD ouSAFe) ou dans des approches hybrides Agile + Waterfall;

• Posseder SEPT (7) ans d'experience en ingenierie de donnees;

• Expertise demontree du standard d'interoperabilite HL7 FHIR et de son format d'export NDJSON;

• Experience de la solution Healthcare Data Solutions dans Microsoft Fabric;

• Maitrise avancee de la langue francaise parlee et ecrite.

Atouts:

• Connaissance des outils collaboratifs (Azure DevOps);

• Connaissance du domaine de la sante;

• Connaissance des enjeux de confidentialite et de securite des renseignements de sante (Loi 25, gouvernance des donnees sensibles);

• Experience de migration ou de decommissionnement de solutions d'integration ou d'orchestration existantes;

• Connaissance de la Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
