Job description

Data Analyst – Power BI


Purpose:
Support our client's Strategic Projects & Operational Excellence team by turning data into actionable insights that improve operational performance, customer experience, and governance.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, validate, and integrate data from Salesforce, Jira, Planisware, and internal systems.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, visualizations, and executive scorecards.
  • Develop data models and KPI monitoring solutions.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, reliability, and usability.
  • Work with business leaders to gather requirements and translate them into technical reporting solutions.
  • Perform root-cause analysis and create dashboards to track implementation issues and KPIs.
  • Train and support dashboard users.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of relevant Data Analyst/BI experience.
  • Strong Power BI skills; Tableau experience is also valuable.
  • Experience with KPI frameworks and governance.
  • Familiarity with Jira and Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage changing priorities, and collaborate with leadership.
  • Bilingual French and English is required.
