Je suis Marian, Directeur en recrutement chez FED IT, spécialisé dans le recrutement de professionnels TI en mode permanent et temporaire.
Je recrute actuellement pour un acteur reconnu en commerce de détails, un(e) Développeur BI Senior. Il s'agit d'un rôle stratégique au sein d'une équipe en pleine transformation, offrant l'opportunité de contribuer au déploiement de Microsoft Fabric et de développer des solutions BI à fort impact pour les décisions d'affaires.
Vos responsabilités :
• Participer à l’architecture, la modélisation et le développement de solutions BI de bout en bout à l’aide de Microsoft Fabric et ses composants (Data Factory, Dataflows Gen2, Lakehouse, etc.).
• Concevoir, développer et maintenir des rapports Power BI soutenant la prise de décision.
• Optimiser la performance des solutions BI, incluant la gestion des coûts d’utilisation des capacités Fabric.
• Assurer l’ingestion, la transformation et la qualité des données à partir de diverses sources (SAP ECC, SAP CAR, Fichiers plats, etc.).
• Collaborer avec les équipes métiers pour comprendre les besoins d’affaires et traduire les exigences en solutions techniques.
• Participer à l’évolution des pratiques et outils analytiques dans le cadre de la transition vers Microsoft Fabric.
• Documenter les solutions développées et offrir un support technique aux utilisateurs.
• Contribuer à la mise en place de bonnes pratiques de gouvernance de données et de sécurité.
Votre profil :
• Expérience confirmée (8 ans +) en développement BI avec l’environnement Azure (Microsoft Fabric un atout).
• Connaissance approfondie de Power BI, DAX, Power Query, ….
• Solides compétences en modélisation de données (modèle en étoile, schéma en flocon, etc.).
• Expérience avec les outils de transformation de données (ETL/ELT) dans des environnements cloud.
• Connaissance de SAP BW et de SAP ECC sont un atout majeur.
• Connaissance de Python et Spark un atout.
• Bonne maîtrise de SQL et des concepts de bases de données relationnelles.
• Autonomie, rigueur et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique.
• Bonnes compétences en communication pour vulgariser les solutions BI aux parties prenantes.
• Baccalauréat en informatique ou domaine connexe.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais, parlé et écrit (espagnol est un atout).
