Job description

Seeking an experienced Product Owner with experience in Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment, or Consumer Services industries. The ideal candidate will lead product lifecycle initiatives for customer-facing digital applications, pricing strategies, promotions, and B2B commerce platforms.

Description

  • Serves as primary point of contact between business stakeholders, user experience, engineering and production support teams.
  • Responsible for leading product lifecycle and development initiatives for services and applications.
  • Deeply understands industry best practices in product development processes specific to cable/telecommunications or consumer-facing eCommerce applications.
  • Responsibilities include documenting requirements, reporting and tracking pricing and promotion-related issues, determining user needs, improving the customer experience across digital sales channels, performing impact analyses, documenting implementation approaches for promotions and offer sets, and translating business goals into technical requirements.
  • This role works closely with UX teams to define promotion rules and eligibility criteria, serves as liaison between business users and technical teams, develops roadmap views of prioritized initiatives, facilitates feature reviews and backlog refinement sessions, and leverages AI tools to automate business and technical requirements processes.
  • Additional responsibilities include attending Daily Scrum meetings, performing post-deployment verification and sign-off activities, utilizing project and portfolio management tools, conducting application analysis, extracting data from databases and ERP systems, troubleshooting integrations, and supporting stakeholder communications at executive, technical, and external team levels.

Pay and Benefits
