Job Summary (Digital Solutions Engineer)
- Serve as technical implementation specialist within the Digital Solutions and Global Client Experience team.
- Partner with Digital Solutions Consultants to translate business requirements into digital solutions.
- Design, configure, integrate, test, and implement technology solutions to improve productivity and automate processes.
- Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Configure and support Microsoft tools such as Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Forms, and Outlook.
- Build API integrations and connect various enterprise systems.
- Implement solutions utilizing AI, large language models (LLMs), and machine learning technologies.
- Configure workflow/automation platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Support digital productivity and audio-visual (AV) solutions.
- Test, troubleshoot, deploy, and document new technical solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and provide technical guidance and training.
- Apply knowledge of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
- Utilize strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
