Hybrid in St. Louis, MO

Our client seeks a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator/Developer to lead technical implementation and serve as system administrator for selected CRM instances. The role will architect, implement, and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 with a focus on scalable configuration, security, automation, and integration. The position will collaborate with a Product Manager and stakeholders to deliver roadmaps, improve constituent engagement, and ensure stable deployments and testing practices.

Due to client requirements, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Rate: $65.00 to $85.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:
  • Architect, implement, test, and deploy functionality in Microsoft Dynamics CRM following Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Use entities, workflows, Power Apps, and Power Automate to deliver efficient solutions.
  • Create and update entities, workflows, forms/UI, and security profiles based on business requirements.
  • Design and implement security to restrict access to key CRM data and forms for privileged users.
  • Lead CRM deployment activities and document deployment plans and checklists.
  • Assist in implementing automated testing.
  • Apply best practices for design, planning, and response model development to increase constituent engagement.
  • Serve as a technical liaison for CRM and integrated applications.
  • Perform business and data analysis to understand operating models and underlying data characteristics for internal clients using CRM.
  • Partner with the Product Manager to create the roadmap for CRM and integrated applications.
Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
  • Five or more years of full life-cycle Microsoft D365 Sales, Service, Field Service, and/or Project Service implementation experience, including Power Apps and Power Automate/workflows.
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization and Configuration certification helpful.
  • Experience with Outlook integration and queues.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to work successfully with minimal supervision.
  • Strong Excel and data manipulation skills.
  • Experience with information security standards and assessment processes.
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered at a lower job grade or salary.
  • US citizen or lawful permanent resident with three or more years of US residency.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%.
Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or commensurate experience.
