What is powder painting?

Powder painting, also known as powder coating, is a finishing process where a dry powder is applied to a metal surface and then cured under heat to form a durable, protective layer. Unlike traditional liquid paint, powder coating does not require a solvent and produces a thick, even finish that is resistant to chipping, scratching, and fading. This method is commonly used in automotive, appliance, and industrial applications due to its durability and environmental benefits.
