Job description

We are currently seeking an experienced Powder Coat Technician to join our team and help our growing powder coat operations.

Job Description and Requirements:

Minimum 2 years Powder Coating experience required

Dependability is a must

Required to work safely around all power tools and heating elements including gas lines in a manufacturing warehouse.

Must have your own dependable transportation and be punctual

The ability to stand for 8 hours a day and lift +50 pounds

Be a problem solver, and have the ability to prioritize when necessary

Able to wear necessary PPE including respiratory mask. No shorts or open toe shoes

Complete the following daily tasks in a timely manner;

Preparation of all materials (taping/plugging), Properly sanding materials completely

Ensuring accurate coverage of all materials being powder coated

Placing parts in powder coat oven to be cured for appropriate time and temperature

Removing parts from oven and off racks after curing

Cleaning and maintaining all powder coating equipment used daily
