Required Skills:
  • Previous experience in powder coating
  • High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in metal finishing, manufacturing, or related fields
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication skills for collaboration and reporting
  • Basic math and computer skills
  • Ability to use specialized tools
  • Physical capacity to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform bending, twisting, and reaching tasks
