Job description

Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our manufacturing team in Mansfield, TX. This position is responsible for performing industrial painting and powder coating processes on metal chassis while ensuring products meet established quality standards. The ideal candidate has experience with industrial spray painting or powder coating, takes pride in producing high-quality work, and follows all safety procedures in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform industrial painting and powder coating processes according to company procedures and quality standards.
  • Move sandblasted chassis into the paint booth and prepare surfaces by removing debris with an air hose.
  • Apply coatings evenly and accurately using approved spray paint and powder coating techniques.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure proper coverage, finish quality, and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain and clean paint booth equipment and coating systems to ensure safe and efficient daily operation.
  • Follow all safety guidelines, wear required PPE and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in industrial painting and/or powder coating in a manufacturing environment.
  • Up to 2 years of industrial spray paint application experience preferred.
  • Experience with 2K paints, solvent-based paints, water-based paints, and powder coating is preferred (powder coating experience is a plus but not required).
  • Ability to work safely in a manufacturing environment and follow established quality standards.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
  • Steel toe shoes are required.
