Job Description
As a Powder Coater Lead, you will oversee daily powder coating operations while supporting production goals, quality standards, and employee performance. This role is essential to maintaining efficient workflow, ensuring product quality, and leading team members in a safe and productive manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and support powder coating team members in daily production activities
  • Coordinate work assignments and production schedules to meet departmental goals
  • Enforce company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Inspect materials, products, and equipment to ensure quality and performance standards are met
  • Monitor production equipment, gauges, and indicators to maintain operational efficiency
  • Train employees on equipment operation, safety procedures, and work processes
