About the Role:
Twin City Powder Coating LLC is looking for a skilled Powder Coater to join our team in Lino Lakes, MN! This is a hands-on role where you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality finishes that our customers rely on. Responsibilities:
  • Prepare metal and other surfaces for powder coating through cleaning, sandblasting, and masking
  • Operate powder coating spray guns and electrostatic equipment to apply uniform finishes
  • Load and unload parts on conveyor or rack systems for curing in industrial ovens
  • Inspect finished products for coating quality, consistency, and defects
  • Mix and match powder materials to meet customer color and finish specifications
  • Maintain and clean equipment, spray booths, and work areas to ensure safe operations
  • Follow safety protocols and proper handling of chemicals and equipment
Requirements:
  • Prior experience in powder coating, painting, or industrial finishing preferred
  • Familiarity with surface preparation techniques including sandblasting and chemical washing
  • Ability to operate spray equipment and read color/finish specifications
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
