Job description

The Powder Coat and Shipping role involves preparing surfaces, applying powder coatings, operating related equipment, and ensuring quality standards. This position also handles order packaging and coordinates shipping, primarily within a national scope. The role operates within a small team of 1-5 members and reports directly to the Production Manager, following a daily shift schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Perform powder coating applications on various surfaces
  • Prepare surfaces for coating to ensure adhesion and quality
  • Operate powder coating and related equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect coated items to maintain quality standards
  • Package finished orders securely for shipping
